Editorial policy

Vetting

Every job listing is reviewed before publication. We verify the hiring organization is real and the role is genuinely open.

No discriminatory listings

We reject listings that discriminate on gender, caste, religion, region, marital status, or age beyond what regulations require.

Salary transparency

We encourage transparent salary bands. Listings without ranges still appear, but ranges get higher visibility.

No application fees

We refuse listings that charge candidates application fees, deposits, or training fees as a precondition of employment.

Corrections

Material errors get visible corrections. Employer-side updates flow through immediately; editorial corrections via /corrections/.

Removal

Filled, expired, or withdrawn roles are removed within 24 hours of notification. Employers can mark roles closed via the dashboard or by emailing employers@healthopenings.com.
