Sales Executive
Organization: Instafitness Pvt. Ltd.
Job function: Sales/Business Development & Customer Support
Main location: India-Delhi
Schedule: Full-time
Salary: within Range

Roles & Responsibilities
 Reach out to customer leads through cold calling regarding our diet and Fitness Solutions.
 Qualify and develop inbound and outbound sales leads and respond to inquiries
 Run call campaigns to generate new sales prospects on specific events.
 Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
 Work with upper-level managers & directors to define customer needs/ideas.
 Present, promote & sell services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
 Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
 Coordinate sales effort with dieticians and other team members/departments
 Follow-up with customers after counseling sessions.
 Accurate tracking of communication with current/potential customers in CRM/Tracking sheets.
 Continuously improve through feedback
 To make calls, chats & handle back-office work promptly within agreed timescales and in line with
agreed process and procedures.
 When dealing with customers aspire to deliver an excellent customer experience via. Chats, back
office or on calls.
 Capture customer feedback and work towards a resolution.
 To ensure prompt and accurate information is provided with appropriate resolution

We’ll need to see these on your CV
 Minimum 1 year of total work experience with Health, Wellness & Fitness industry, all or most of
which should be in core Lead Generation/ customer service. 2 years of full-time MBA would be
counted towards experience
 Should have a minimum qualification of graduation
 Good empathy and customer ownership skills
 Good customer interaction skills with the ability to recognize the customers’ needs
 Fluency in English, Hindi.
 Phone and interpersonal communication skills as well as organizational skills
 Experience working and succeeding in a goal-driven environment
 Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PPT)
 Should demonstrate a good understanding of the Fitness & Health Industry.
