PRODUCTION PLANNING & INVENTORY CONTROL MANAGER

(Candidates with Pharmaceutical Manufacture Experience Only)

This position is located in the country of Myanmar, the successful candidate must be willing to relocate to Yangon, Myanmar

The suitable candidate will be responsible for Production Planning & Inventory Control of Nutraceuticals, OTC & Prescription drug products. Experience in Pharmaceutical Manufacture Industry is necessary

Job Requirement:

  • Prepare Production plan based on the order placed, Sales forecast, production capacity and material availability.
  • Ensures that orders are executed and delivered on time.
  • Develop local and overseas vendors for cost effective RM procurement.
  • Ensure no line stop due to material shortage from previous process.
  • Monitor production output and coordinate with related departments to ensure on schedule Finished Goods delivery.
  • Create Materials (Raw materials and Packing Materials) requirement planning for the execution of present orders and future orders.
  • Maintain and Control Inventory.
  • Send progress reports to team members and seniors.
  • Risk management, prioritizing and Sequencing. Reviewing and administering and alerting.
  • Responsible for commercial contract, service agreements, renewals as per policy guidelines.
  • Maintain Min-Max level of Spares and Consumables and responsible for its purchase.
  • Ensure Monthly and Yearly closing are done accurately and timely OTIF (On Time In Full).
  • Team management, employee engagement along with HR, etc.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree & 3-5 years’ experience in production operations, supply chain, or logistics

In-depth production, Inventory planning knowledge

Excellent user for software systems for inventory management.

Strong ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams

Possess decision-making ability.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PP, Outlook)

Experience:

  • Pharmaceutical Manufacture Industry: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Inventory Management: 5 years (Required)
