Job Description
Experience, design and delivery of learning across all levels and creation of instructional content, for maximum learning effectiveness
Provide thought leadership in design of engaging content and use instructional design principles to develop content which includes instruction guides, case studies, simulations, role plays, games etc
High degree of familiarity of technology and use technology platforms in learning and communication
Incorporate e-learning, byte sized learning, AI, virtual learning, self-learning and other learning methodologies fit-for-purpose for the employees to learn without boundaries. Help develop a culture of self-learning.
Collaborate effectively with businesses on learning needs and design appropriate learning solutions
Explore and research best available options for skills development, design the learning solutions for the capability building skills.
Present the complexities in an easy-to-understand manner for the learner, visualize instructional graphics, the user interface and the finished product
Create storyboards and design specification to be used as blueprint instructions for content development.
Develop assessment instruments to measure program effectiveness
