Fedora has maintained a tremendous growth in their operations since and are currently providing RCM services healthcare providers across multiple medical specialties and throughout the USA.Team of over 900 trained and professional provides the highest level of services and client satisfaction to some of the largest medical practices in the USA.

We are currently hiring Process Trainee for multiple process within Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) I.E

1) Eligibility verification & Benefit Verification
2) Authorization
3) Billing
4) Payment Posting
5) Accounts Receivable

Eligibility Criteria for Interview

– Candidates should be Graduate.
– Should be ready to sign a Service Agreement for 2 year.
– Should be fine to Relocate to Ahmedabad / Pune ( As of Now Working from Home )
– Should be flexible to work till 11:00 pm IST.
– Should have Good English communication.
– Should have Desktop / Laptop available.
– Should have internet Broadband / Wifi Connection.

Notes:

– There will be 1 Month of Unpaid training.
– Letter of Appointment / Offer will be issued post successful completion of training with a minimum 70% Score in Final Test.
– Work process will be decided post training based on training performance and trainer’s remarks.
– Compensation for this post will be 20,000/- CTC ( 17,000/- take home) for Normal Shift I.E ( 10:00 am to 7:00 pm / 11:00 am to 8:00 pm / 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm… )
– Additional 2500/- will be given as shift allowance for those, who works in 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm Shift.
– Training time will be 10:00 am to 7:00 pm IST
