JOB BRIEF

We are searching for a motivated Back Office Executive who is an excellent multitasker with exceptional communication and time management skills. Back Office Executive can expect to assist the Accounting department with data entry, processing, and recording transactions, updating the ledger, assisting with audits or fact-checking, and preparing budgets and reports. You should be thorough, accurate, and honest with good bookkeeping skills.

To be a successful Back Office Executive, you should have an understanding of basic Accounting principles and proficiency with computers and software, such as MS Excel, Tally, ERP, Busy etc. You should be trustworthy, efficient, and organized.

You will be responsible for assisting in improving performance, productivity, and efficiency through the implementation of effective methods and strategies created by the Management. It is an exciting time to join the MedKM team!

Back Office Executive Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the Accounting Department.
  • Prepare Performa Invoices, Purchase Orders, process orders, forms, applications and requests etc.
  • Record details of Enquiries, comments and complaints
  • Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
  • Create and update expense reports
  • Maintain digital and physical financial records
  • Review and file payroll documents
  • Administrative support for all data entry on daily basis with MS Excel.
  • Prepare Export documents, letters, quotations, logistic invoices etc.
  • Handle cheques and daily check reconciliation statement.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Review shipping documents, and client billing for consistency and accuracy
  • Performing basic admin duties including printing, sending emails, and ordering office supplies
  • Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc.
  • Processing transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc.

Back Office Executive Requirements:

  • 2-5 years Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g. Tally or ERP or Busy etc.) is MUST.
  • Associate’s degree in related field with work experience.
  • Proficiency with computers and bookkeeping software, strong typing skills.
  • Exceptional time management and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with basic Accounting principles.
  • Professional manner and strong ethical code.
  • Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.
  • Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
  • Familiarity with finance regulations
  • Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors
  • Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
