1. 80 G Receipts

2. Daily chart of Incoming DonationDaily chart of 80 G receipts issued.

3. Daily Chart of receipts posted/courier/sent to call centre

4. Daily chart of other donation

5. Daily chart of information to call centre.

Job Duties:

  • Monitoring company accounts and conducting quarterly reviews
  • Accounts payable
  • Accounts receivable
  • Expense reports

Additional Duties:

  • Recordkeeping
  • Account reconciliation
  • Invoice processing
  • Running errands (bank deposits, etc.)
  • Data entry
